免疫调节与肿瘤免疫治疗:
免疫系统与肿瘤细胞相互作用决定着肿瘤的病程和转归。课题组的研究旨在利用免疫调控基因“武装”溶瘤病毒系统干预机体肿瘤免疫态势,实现安全、有效、全身和持久的抗肿瘤免疫效应并阐明其内在作用机制,从而探索并建立具有临床转化价值的肿瘤免疫治疗新策略、新方法和新技术。
