大分子药物创新递送系统



方向介绍

以抗体、多肽、核酸等为代表的大分子药物在各类疾病治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。与小分子药物多样化的给药方式不同,大分子药物由于自身分子量大难以有效透过各种生理屏障,在临床使用时大多依靠注射给药,一定程度上降低了患者依从性。本实验室的一个重要研究方向是发展大分子药物的非注射给药新型递送载体,这些纳米载体可以携带抗体等大分子药物穿透各类生物屏障,实现大分子药物的口服、滴眼、透皮以及滴鼻给药等。这些创新的给药技术有望为自身免疫疾病、代谢类疾病以及其他慢病提供更为便捷、安全、有效的治疗方案。
