申请材料
各院系或科研机构或教师个人邀请外籍专家来校进行短期讲学或合作科研（非工作类）的学术交流来访，由邀请单位进行预审备案并申请。在办理过程中，出入境服务中心将协助办理外籍专家来华签证、相关文书、境外使领馆协调等工作。所需材料如下：
来访人员简历 Resume of Foreign Visitors
护照复印件 Copy of Passport
邀请信 Invitation Letter from the inviter
材料经审核后，上报苏州市外国专家局并办理《被授权单位来华许可》。
凭《被授权单位来华许可》和邀请信，来访人员可在我国驻外使领馆办理来访签证。
The EEAC will submit the documents to theSuzhou Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs and apply the 'Permit forAuthorized Units to China'.With the 'Permit for AuthorizedUnits to China' and the Invitation Letter Visitors may apply for the visaat Chinese Embassies or Consulates abroad.
