个人简介

胡广,博士,教授2005年和2010年分别于兰州大学获得化学学士和物理化学博士学位。20102011年在比利时鲁汶大学从事博士后研究。2012年入职www.优德88.cpm ,期间于2014年到2015年在美国匹兹堡大学医学院从事访问研究。目前任中国细胞学会功能基因组信息学与系统生物学分会理事,中国运筹协会计算系统生物学分会副秘书长,江苏省生物信息学专业委员会委员,SCI杂志Current Bioinformatics编委,中国循证医学杂志青年编委。

目前主要从事蛋白质结构及组学相关的网络分析,包括蛋白质结构网络、弹性网络模型、结构蛋白质相互作用网络三种不同层次的网络构建与分析。希望通过各个层次的蛋白相关网络分析,为在分子水平上理解复杂疾病发生机制、指导别构药物设计和蛋白质相互作用靶向药物设计提供理论指导。在理论化学,计算生物学和系统生物学等交叉学科SCI杂志上发表论文60余篇。先后主持包括国家自然科学基金面上项目,科技部中外合作项目共11项。
