肖扬，男，博士，博士后，副教授，硕士研究生导师，江苏省高层次创新创业博士，校优秀青年学者。博士毕业于香港城市大学。目前主持国家自然科学基金等省部级及以上项目4项，获得省部级科研奖励二等奖2项（排2，排5）。在本专业高水平SCI/EI发表20余篇学术论文，授权/申请国家发明专利8项，担任SCI期刊energies,IF:3.4的客座主编，国际会议ISIE，ICEMS等分会场主席，10余个顶级SCI期刊审稿人。同时也是IEEE会员，青年专家，IEEE电子工业协会、电力电子协会、电力能源协会、磁学协会；中国电工技术学会，中国电源学会，无线电能传输专委会委员。
